Is Obama Lying About His Heritage?

Much of the basis of Barrack Hussein Obama's campaign has been on his supposed African American heritage and his attempts to be America's first black president. He has received the block of black voters in the Democratic primary by using the race card. And for those of you who doubt that obama has played the race card, here are some examples: Early on in the primary his wife said that blacks will come to their senses and vote for her husband. Oprah Winfrey, speaking before a black audience in the south said "you should vote for Barrack because he's one of y'all". And currently, black superdelegates are being subjected to threats and intimidation and being called "uncle Tom's" if they don't switch over to Obama. This kind of racial polarization on the part of Obama's campaign is setting race relations back decades.

But what if he has been misleading and using the black community by concealing his true lineage on his father's side, which may be Arabic? A research of his roots reveals that he is descended from Arab slave traders on his father's side. Now, lest I be accused of racism, I don't care about his ethnic or racial background, but since the Obama camp itself has been playing up his being an African American, and that is what has propelled his campaign, I think it then becomes relevant if he is lying about that in order to garner the support of black voters. It also reveals that he is a shady character who will do anything, even lie about his own heritage, in order to gain power. He is proving to be the most dishonest, divisive, deceitful, manipulative and dangerous politician in America and that is saying alot. This guy is indeed the manchurian candidate who I suspect has radical muslim groups and saudi money fueling his campaign.

THIS ARTICLE PRESENTS NEW, PREVIOUSLY UNPUBLISHED documentation concerning his ethnic identity claims. It is based upon original research that the author openly invites for further inquiry and academic verification in his preface to Mr. Cohen.)

Documentation of his actual ethnic background demonstrates Mr. Obama is not an “African-American” as defined in United States law. This research was initiated by a request from a daily news publication of international reputation in New York City.

The story then moves to documenting his father’s genealogy. This study indicates Sen. Obama is actually Arab-American. The significance of this is that “the soul and substance of Mr. Obama’s claim to fame” rest entirely on his being “the first” African-American to achieve whatever it is that Mr. Obama is claiming at the time. If Mr. Obama is not legally an African-American, then his claims collapse. While there may still be historic firsts, for example, being the first Arab-American to be the president of the Harvard Law Review, those claims are not the star-appeal of his entire political life, and the basis of his current celebrity star status. If he is not African-American, then he is not what has propelled him up the political ladder; he is not, as described by one journalist riding Mr. Obama’s campaign plane, what is currently capturing America’s “cult” attention.

The author includes a section that notes the double-standard Oprah Winfrey applied in her handling of Mr. Obama’s autobiographical fabrications vis a vis her reaction to much less in a book by another author she promoted. It calls upon her to explain her double-standards, and asks, reasonably under the circumstances, if her double-standards are racist.

The article concludes by citing the importance of recognizing that Mr. Obama’s image of himself is built on lies. It challenges the reader to ask if his or her own racist presumptions of ethnic identity tied to physical appearance are at play.

The encapsulation of the final question put to the reader is to ask, “If we elect a person whose entire image is based on lies, and citing again the documentation of Mr. Cohen and the Washington Post to show he continues to lie without conscience as a matter of habit, should the burden fall upon him when we feel the anger of being lied to, or in fact, is it we who should be the object of our anger when it is we who first lied to ourselves when we decided to accept his lies, knowing all along that he was lying to us?”

Muslim Medical Staff Endanger Patients

At what point does the west say enough is enough and draw a line in the sand regarding muslim demands? Now we've reached a point where islamic practices are actually endangering the health and safety of children in hospitals. Female muslim medical staff at a Liverpool children's hospital are objecting to hospital hygiene rules due to their religious beliefs. Muslim women students are refusing to roll up their sleeves when washing their hands because exposure of the forearm is regarded as immodest. There was also the case of a muslim medic who refused to scrub because she didn't want her forearms exposed. Would you want your children to be treated at this hospital? Some of the students prefer quitting the course rather than comply with the hygiene rules. Good, let them. Any student who objects to these basic hygiene rules should be kicked out of the program. The health and safety of patients trumps political correctness and cultural sensitivity. Muslims are waging not only a war of terrorism, but a culture war within western societies.

HEALTH officials are having crisis talks with Muslim medical staff who have objected to hospital hygiene rules because of religious beliefs.

Women students at Liverpool’s Alder Hey children’s hospital have raised objections to removing their arm coverings in theatre and to rolling up their sleeves when washing their hands because it is regarded as immodest.

Minutes of a clinical academics’ meeting at Liverpool University revealed that female Muslim students at Alder Hey children’s hospital had objected to rolling up their sleeves to wear gowns.

Similar concerns have been raised at Leicester University, and Sheffield University also reported a case of a Muslim medic who refused to “scrub” as this left her forearms exposed.

Some students have said that they would prefer to quit the course rather than expose their arms, but hygiene experts said no exceptions should be made on religious grounds.

A Royal Liverpool hospital spokesman said they had experienced issues of Muslim staff not sanitising their forearms with alcohol gel although this had now been addressed.

Dr Steve Ryan, medical director at Alder Hey said that while the “bare below the elbows” dress code is a matter of patient safety, the trust would work with Muslim students to find a solution.

He said: “We specify bare below elbows, no wrist watches, nail varnish or false nails in clinical areas.

“Good hand hygiene is one of the most important and simplest actions we can take to prevent healthcare associated infections.

“A number of female Muslim students had approached the University of Liverpool to ask if we would provide facilities for them to change their outerwear and Hijab for theatre scrubs.

“We were pleased to accommodate this request and these facilities have now been incorporated.”

But the Islamic Medical Association insisted that covering all the body in public, except the face and hands, was a basic tenet of Islam.

It said: “No practising Muslim woman – doctor, medical student, nurse or patient – should be forced to bare her arms below the elbow.”

Why feel the need to accommodate such a request? Why not fire them instead? Does England have a shortage of native born, non-muslim medical workers? England as we have known it, is a dying country, its culture disappearing. Brits, take your country back before its too late. Muslims have proven time and time again that their practices are incompatible with with western values and culture. When will we face the fact that muslims do not belong in the west and should be deported and further muslim immigration should cease?

Obama's Church Linked to Antisemitic Sabeel

Barrack hussein obama's church, the Trinity United Church of Christ is affiliated with the United Church of Christ, which is in turn connected to the Sabeel Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center. Sabeel is a palestinian Christian organization based in Jerusalem which opposes the existence of Israel. Here is from Sabeel's own website:

Back in the 90's Barrack Hussein Obama spoke at events in Chicago which raised money for palestinians. Co-founder of Electronic Intifada, Aki Abunimah, was acquainted with obama back then and said that obama spoke out against the so-called Israeli "occupation", and was critical of what he claimed was US bias towards Israel and said we need to be "evenhanded", which is code for wanting America to throw Israel to the wolves.

What will it take for the pro-Obama kool-aid drinkers to see obama for who he truly is? When you combine these various facts: obama choosing to belong to an antisemitic church, hiring nation of islam staffers, has anti-Israel foreign policy advisors, has made past statements denouncing America’s Mideast policy as not being “evenhanded” and too favorable to Israel. Now we find he has spoken at pro-palestinian fundraisers. He has links to radical islamic websites on his own official website. He sat on the board of the Woods fund, which gave thousands of dollars in grants to an Arab group which opposes Israel’s existence, as well as having a terrorist from the weathermen seated on its board. I’m sure I have left much out, but you get the gist. If it quacks like a duck…

...Ali Abunimah, a Chicago-based Palestinian-American activist and co-founder of Electronic Intifada, a pro-Palestinian online publication, recalls introducing Obama at one such event, a 1999 fundraiser for the Deheisha Palestinian camp in the West Bank.

Abunimah is also a harsh critic of Israel and has protested outside pro-Israel events in the Chicago area.

"I knew Barack Obama for many years as my state senator – when he used to attend events in the Palestinian community in Chicago all the time," stated Abuminah during an interview last month with Democracy Now!, a nationally syndicated radio and television political program.

"I remember personally introducing [Obama] onstage in 1999, when we had a major community fundraiser for the community center in Deheisha refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. And that's just one example of how Barack Obama used to be very comfortable speaking up for and being associated with Palestinian rights and opposing the Israeli occupation," Abunimah said.

Abunimah also was recently quoted saying that until a few years ago, Obama was "quite frank that the U.S. needed to be more evenhanded, that it leaned too much toward Israel."

Abunimah noted Obama's unusual stance toward Israel, commenting "these were the kind of statements I'd never heard from a U.S. politician who seemed like he was going somewhere, rather than at the end of his career."

'Critical of U.S. bias toward Israel'

Abunimah previously described meeting with Obama at a fundraiser at the home of Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi, reportedly a former PLO activist.

"[Obama]came with his wife. That's where I had a chance to really talk to him," Abunimah recalled. "It was an intimate setting. He convinced me he was very aware of the issues [and] critical of U.S. bias toward Israel and lack of sensitivity to Arabs. ... He was very supportive of U.S. pressure on Israel.

According to quotes obtained by Gulf News, Abunimah recalled a 2004 meeting in a Chicago neighborhood while Obama was running for his Senate seat. Abunimah quoted Obama telling him "warmly" he was sorry that "I haven't said more about Palestine right now, but we are in a tough primary race."

"I'm hoping when things calm down, I can be more up front," Abunimah reportedly quoted the senator as saying.

Abunimah said Obama urged him to "keep up the good work" at the Chicago Tribune, where Abunimah contributed guest columns that were highly critical of Israel...

Resist Islamosupremacy

Islamosupremacist university students in Australia demand that campuses in Melbourne institute sharia. They want lectures to be rescheduled to fit with prayer timetables and separate male and female eating and recreational areas. This despite choosing to attend schools they know are secular and in which no other religion is accommodated. But in the belief, as taught in the koran, that islam reigns or should reign supreme over all others, these islamosupremacists, rather than behave as guests in Australia or any other country they are students in, expect westerners to accept their dhimmi status and give in to their demands, while muslims themselves are never to respect the rights of non-muslims. This is the way of allah which is not for us dhimmis to question. Muslims will continue to aggressively attempt to forcibly institute sharia law in the free world until they face a wall of resistance. We cannot even give an inch because they will take a mile. And that won't happen until we are steadfast and strong in the belief of the rightness and superiority of our own culture and Christian-Judeo values. Unfortunately so far only one university has rejected their demands.

International Muslim students, predominantly from Saudi Arabia, have asked universities in Melbourne to change class times so they can attend congregational prayers. They also want a female-only area for Muslim students to eat and relax.

But at least one institution has rejected their demands, arguing that the university is secular and it does not want to set a precedent for requests granted in the name of religious beliefs.

La Trobe University International chief officer John Molony said several students had approached the Bundoora institution about rearranging class times to fit in with daily prayers.

Mr Molony said the university was attempting to "meet the needs" of an increasing number of Muslim international students, including doubling the size of the prayer room on campus.

La Trobe University International College director Martin Van Run said that although it was involved in discussions with the Muslim students who had made the requests, the university was not planning to change any timetables.

"That would seriously inconvenience other people at the college and it is not institutionally viable," he told The Australian. "We are a secular institution ... and we need to have a structured timetable."

Mr Van Run said that Saudi students were fully aware that the university was secular before coming to study there. "They know well in advance the class times," he said.

A spokesman for RMIT University would neither confirm nor deny reports that Muslim students had requested timetable changes.

One university source told The Australian that the requests by Muslim international students for timetable changes included a petition.

"Some of the students would prefer that lecture times were organised so it would be easy for them to attend prayers," he said. "But it wouldn't be a good precedent to set."

Islamic leaders yesterday backed the push by Muslim students to have their lectures arranged to accommodate prayer sessions, but said such a move would be essential only for congregational Friday prayers.

Female Muslim leader Aziza Abdel-Halim said yesterday it was a religious duty for those who followed Islam to preach with their fellow believers on Fridays.

Too damn bad, these schools are not obliged to accommodate your so-called religious
duties. If its so important to them, then they should have stayed in the sharia ruled countries of their origin and not come to the west and attended a secular university.

Man Killed During Barrage of Qassam Attacks

A 47 year old Sapir college student and father of four, Roni Yechiah, was murdered when a qassam landed in a parking lot adjacent to the campus. Chairman of the leftist Meretz appeasement party, Yossi Beilin, wants to respond by having Israel negotiate a cease-fire with the genocidal terrorists of hamas. The only way you will have peace is by taking the war to the enemy and eliminating hamas and other terror groups.

Over 40 rockets were fired by Palestinian groups from the northern Gaza Strip towards Israel on Wednesday afternoon. During one of the barrages an Israeli college student was killed after a rocket landed in a parking lot adjacent to the Sapir College campus. Medics alerted to the scene also treated two more Israelis for minor wounds.

The victim, Roni Yechiah, 47, reportedly died shortly after sustaining massive wounds to his chest.

Yechiah, a father of four from the community of Bitcha near Ofakim, underwent a kidney transplant operation in the United States five years ago.

Earlier in the day a rocket hit a poultry factory in an industrial zone and a several hours later a rocket struck just outside a Carlsberg beer facility. Several rockets landed in the city of Ashkelon, with one rocket landing near the Barzilai hospital's helicopter pad. One man was wounded from a rocket that landed in a residential street in the city.

Hamas has claimed responsibility for Wednesday's rocket barrages.

Obama's Website Links to Militant Islamic Sites

On barrack hussein obama's official web site, a link to a site for his muslim supporters promotes events sponsored by radical islamic groups such as the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) and the Muslim American Society (MAS). MAS is an arm of the Egyptian based radical Muslim Brotherhood, to which just about every global islamic terror group, including al qaeda and hamas, derives from. The muslims for Obama site also features radical islamic views such as providing prayer areas in malls, airports, universities and government buildings. It advocates instituting laws which would allow muslim employees to get time away from their work day in order to pray. Also featured on the muslims for obama website is a link to another website called "sounds of islam", where one can hear lectures from radical muslims such as Yusuf Al Qaradawi who has defended suicide bombings against Israel. Although there are those who will complain, I think it's perfectly legitimate to scrutinize the material which barrack hussein obama's official website links to. It would appear he tacitly approves of these radical islamic views or his site would not be linking to them. When it comes to the idea of an obama presidency, be afraid, be very afraid. It's way past time for this teflon candidate to be facing heavy scrutiny.

(CNSNews.com) - A page for Muslim supporters of Sen. Barack Obama -- hosted on Obama's presidential campaign Web site -- promotes events sponsored by controversial Islamic groups.

Muslim Americans for Obama '08, found on Obama's main campaign site, allows users to create their own page through a "My Obama" option. The Muslim Americans for Obama page also links to a Web site that features lectures by people who have expressed radical Islamic views in the past.

A portion of the "Muslim Americans for Obama" page lists proposals to establish a Muslim American advisory group on U.S. foreign policy; provide prayer areas in public places such as malls, airports, universities and government buildings; institute a law to allow Muslim employees to take time from their work day for prayer; and institute a law against harassment of Muslim women in public areas.

The Obama campaign's press office did not respond to numerous phone calls and e-mail messages from Cybercast News Service on this matter.

Throughout the campaign, Obama has professed his Christian faith, although his father is a Muslim.

Late last year, former Nebraska Sen. Bob Kerrey, a supporter of Obama's Democratic rival New York Sen. Hillary Clinton, caused a stir in Iowa when he said, "It's probably not something that appeals to him, but I like the fact that his name is Barack Hussein Obama, and that his father was a Muslim and that his paternal grandmother is a Muslim."

"Muslim Americans for Obama '08 is a grassroots initiative to support the presidential campaign for Barack Obama 2008," the Web page says. "Our sincere intention is to serve as a resource for Muslim and non-Muslim Americans to get involved and learn more about the political process and Barack Obama as a person and presidential candidate."

Other "My Obama" pages on the campaign's Web site include "Jews for Obama," "Christians for Obama" and "Gay Christians for Obama."

But it is a link and a list of events on the Muslim Americans for Obama page that has prompted critics that consider themselves watchdogs of Islamist groups to take notice.

The list of events on the Muslim Americans for Obama page includes voter registration drives at conventions sponsored by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), held last April and August in Rosemont, Ill., and the convention co-sponsored by the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) and the Muslim American Society (MAS).

These groups routinely inject themselves into political causes, said M. Zhudi Jasser, chairman of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy. He thinks all political candidates should stay clear of mixing religion and politics, saying the root of terror is political Islam.

"Any candidate that engaged American Islamist organizations without any ideological litmus test about their stances regarding the transnational goals of Islamism, I think that is going to be a major liability," Jasser, a Muslim, told Cybercast News Service.

Obama Served Alongside a Terrorist

Barrack Hussein Obama served as a paid director of the non-profit Woods Fund alongside William C. Ayers, a member of the terrorist group the Weathermen. Ayers has also contributed money to obama's senate campaign and has served on panels with obama at public speaking engagements. The Woods fund itself provided grants of $40,000 and $35,000 to the Arab American Action Network, which was founded by Rashid Khalidi, a Columbia University professor who has defended Palestinian terrorism and worked on behalf of the PLO. Khalidi has also held a fund raiser for obama. The AAAN has referred to the founding of Israel as a 'catastrophe'. This is yet another bit of obama dirty laundry which the media is concealing as it unashamedly openly roots for him. With this latest revelation, alongside his membership in the racist anti-semitic Trinity United Church of Christ, his close friendship with its racist and antisemitic pastor, Jeremiah Wright, virulently anti-Israel foreign policy advisors, nation of islam staffers, his willingness to sit down and chat with the black turbaned madmen in Tehran, it is abundantly clear that Barrack Hussein Obama is dangerous to both America and Israel, and a dream come true for our islamist enemies.

JERUSALEM – The board of a nonprofit organization on which Sen. Barack Obama served as a paid director alongside a confessed domestic terrorist granted funding to a controversial Arab group that mourns the establishment of Israel as a "catastrophe" and supports intense immigration reform, including providing drivers licenses and education to illegal aliens.

The co-founder of the Arab group in question, Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi, also has held a fundraiser for Obama. Khalidi is a harsh critic of Israel, has made statements supportive of Palestinian terror and reportedly has worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization while it was involved in anti-Western terrorism and was labeled by the State Department as a terror group.

In 2001, the Woods Fund, a Chicago-based nonprofit that describes itself as a group helping the disadvantaged, provided a $40,000 grant to the Arab American Action Network, or AAAN, for which Khalidi's wife, Mona, serves as president. The Fund provided a second grant to the AAAN for $35,000 in 2002.

Obama was a director of the Woods Fund board from 1999 to Dec. 11, 2002, according to the Fund's website. According to tax filings, Obama received compensation of $6,000 per year for his service in 1999 and 2001.

Obama served on the Wood's Fund board alongside William C. Ayers, a member of the Weathermen terrorist group which sought to overthrow of the U.S. government and took responsibility for bombing the U.S. Capitol in 1971.

Ayers, who still serves on the Woods Fund board, contributed $200 to Obama's senatorial campaign fund and has served on panels with Obama at numerous public speaking engagements. Ayers admitted to involvement in the bombings of U.S. governmental buildings in the 1970s. He is a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

The $40,000 grant from Obama's Woods Fund to the AAAN constituted about a fifth of the Arab group's reported grants for 2001, according to tax filings obtained by WND. The $35,000 Woods Fund grant in 2002 also constituted about one-fifth of AAAN's reported grants for that year.

The AAAN, headquartered in the heart of Chicago's Palestinian immigrant community, describes itself as working to "empower Chicago-area Arab immigrants and Arab Americans through the combined strategies of community organizing, advocacy, education and social services, leadership development, and forging productive relationships with other communities."

It reportedly has worked on projects with the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, which supports open boarders and education for illegal aliens.

The AAAN in 2005 sent a letter to New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson in which it called a billboard opposing a North Carolina-New Mexico joint initiative to deny driver's licenses to illegal aliens a "bigoted attack on Arabs and Muslims."

Speakers at AAAN dinners and events routinely have taken an anti-Israel line.

The group co-sponsored a Palestinian art exhibit, titled, "The Subject of Palestine," that featured works related to what some Palestinians call the "Nakba" or "catastrophe" of Israel's founding in 1948.

According to the widely discredited Nakba narrative, Jews in 1948 forcibly expelled hundreds of thousands - some Palestinians claim over one million - Arabs from their homes and then took over the territory.

Children Wounded by Kassam in Sderot

More targeting of children by the bloodthirsty subhuman beasts Israel has for neighbors. Why aren't the western media and human rights groups decrying the humanitarian crisis in Sderot?

This useless government just sits back and does virtually nothing, concerning itself with the approval of the international community and the faux "peace" process. There will be peace when Israel defeats and completely subdues or extinguishes its enemies.

(IsraelNN.com) Two children and a woman who were wounded in a Kassam rocket barrage on the western Negev city of Sderot were rushed to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon early Monday afternoon.

Doctors said later in the day that they were able to save 10-year-old Yossi Haimov's arm, which was seriously injured when his shoulder and arm were hit by shrapnel from a rocket that landed in his backyard. He and his eight-year-old sister managed to run for shelter just seconds before the rocket landed.


Two other Kassams slammed into other areas of the city; one hit a house and the other exploded next to a school. A one-year-old baby was lightly wounded, as was the child's mother. At least four adults were treated for severe emotional shock.

The Salah a-Din Brigades terrorist gang, a splinter group of the Popular Resistance Committees terror umbrella organization, claimed responsibility for the attack.

Two other rockets slammed into fields in the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council. No injuries or damage were reported.

Two More Rockets
Earlier in the day, two other missiles were fired by terrorists in northern Gaza, as 60 trucks filled with sacks of flour, sugar and other supplies made their way from Israel through the Sufa Crossing into the region under pouring rain.

One of the rockets exploded in a southern area in the coastal city of Ashkelon, where a number of strategic installations are located. The second missed its mark and did not make it out of Gaza. It landed in an open area and did not hurt anyone.

Obama's Anti-American Upbringing

A revealing and frightening portrait of barrack obama's upbringing. He was raised by a mother who was a radical left wing anti-American activist. Although barrack is not a muslim, the anti-Americanism instilled in him makes him feel a natural kinship with the muslim world.

In the case of Barack Obama, we have two: his late mother, the went-native anthropologist Ann Dunham, and his rancorous wife Michelle. Obama's women reveal his secret: he hates America.

We know less about Senator Obama than about any prospective president in American history. His uplifting rhetoric is empty, as Hillary Clinton helplessly protests. His career bears no trace of his own character, not an article for the Harvard Law Review he


edited, or a single piece of legislation. He appears to be an empty vessel filled with the wishful thinking of those around him. But there is a real Barack Obama. No man - least of all one abandoned in infancy by his father - can conceal the imprint of an impassioned mother, or the influence of a brilliant wife.

America is not the embodiment of hope, but the abandonment of one kind of hope in return for another. America is the spirit of creative destruction, selecting immigrants willing to turn their back on the tragedy of their own failing culture in return for a new start. Its creative success is so enormous that its global influence hastens the decline of other cultures. For those on the destruction side of the trade, America is a monster. Between half and nine-tenths of the world's 6,700 spoken languages will become extinct in the next century, and the anguish of dying peoples rises up in a global cry of despair. Some of those who listen to this cry become anthropologists, the curators of soon-to-be extinct cultures; anthropologists who really identify with their subjects marry them. Obama's mother, the University of Hawaii anthropologist Ann Dunham, did so twice.

Obama profiles Americans the way anthropologists interact with primitive peoples. He holds his own view in reserve and emphatically draws out the feelings of others; that is how friends and colleagues describe his modus operandi since his days at the Harvard Law Review, through his years as a community activist in Chicago, and in national politics. Anthropologists, though, proceed from resentment against the devouring culture of America and sympathy with the endangered cultures of the primitive world. Obama inverts the anthropological model: he applies the tools of cultural manipulation out of resentment against America. The probable next president of the United States is a mother's revenge against the America she despised.

Ann Dunham died in 1995, and her character emerges piecemeal from the historical record, to which I will return below. But Michelle Obama is a living witness. Her February 18 comment that she felt proud of her country for the first time caused a minor scandal, and was hastily qualified. But she meant it, and more. The video footage of her remarks shows eyes hooded with rage as she declares:
For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country and not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change. And I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction and just not feeling so alone in my frustration and disappointment.
The desperation, frustration and disappointment visible on Michelle Obama's face are not new to the candidate's wife; as Steve Sailer, Rod Dreher and other commentators have noted, they were the theme of her undergraduate thesis, on the subject of "blackness" at Princeton University. No matter what the good intentions of Princeton, which founded her fortunes as a well-paid corporate lawyer, she wrote, "My experiences at Princeton have made me far more aware of my 'Blackness' than ever before. I have found that at Princeton no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my White professors and classmates try to be toward me, I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really don't belong."

New Court's Perverse Priorities

A civil court has been established by "human rights" organizations in Brussels, Belgium. And guess what's at the top of their agenda. I'm quite sure you wouldn't be shocked to find out that it's Israel, of course. The court will discuss invented "war crimes" they claim were committed by Israel during the second Lebanon war. Nothing I suppose has been discussed about hezbollah's rocket fire at Israeli civilians, nor I suppose about it's crossing over into Israeli territory and kidnapping and killing its soldiers, the very act which ignited the summer 2006 war between Israel and hezbollah. I don't suppose they will deal with the issue of hezbollah using civilians, including children as human shields in Lebanon. Or how about hamas and other palestinian terror groups launching rockets at Israeli civilian population centers as well as other acts of terrorism. You would think this court might also prioritize the Iranian regime's execution of homosexuals, female rape victims, the imprisonment and torture of dissidents and the beatings of men and women who dress un-islamic in public. You might also think the court should give higher priority to the worst humanitarian crises in the world, Sudan, where Arab-muslims have been committing genocide against blacks, Christians and Animists. There is also the brutal misogyny taking place throughout the muslim world where women and girls are being genitally mutilated, and are stoned, flogged, imprisoned and executed for being rape victims or having their bodies or heads uncovered. The list goes on and on regarding so many human rights atrocities committed throughout the world. Yet "human rights" groups choose as their number one priority to single out for admonition, the only free state in the Middle East, the only country in that miserable part of the world which respects human rights.

A new civil court founded in Belgium by human rights organizations will convene for the first time Friday evening and discuss war crimes Israel had allegedly committee during the Second Lebanon War and war crimes the groups claim it is currently committing in the Gaza Strip.

Over the past year, human rights groups, in cooperation with Arab and European intellectuals, have been working on establishing the new court, which will be tasked with addressing different issues related to human rights violations and war crimes.

The first matter on the court's agenda will be Israel's operations in the Gaza Strip. Human rights organizations, as well as the victims of these alleged crimes, will appear before the court. The court has also invited Israeli representatives to attend the hearing and respond to the accusations.

'Fundamental rights violated'

The Israeli-Arab party Balad, who has also been invited to the discussions as an observer, will be represented by Knesset Member Said Naffaa. "I intend to bring up for discussion the attorney general's recent decision to close the case of the October 2000 riots," said Naffaa, who is already in Brussels.

"I will also raise the subject of the demolition of Israeli-Arabs' homes by the government. These may not be war crimes, but they are crimes against the fundamental tights of the State's citizens," he added.

According to the MK, "It is too soon to judge what the outcome of these deliberations might be, but it can certainly be said that many operations that had been carried out during the Second Lebanon War, such as the launching of cluster bombs, constitute war crimes.

"Furthermore, actions that take place in the Gaza Strip every day, including the targeting of civilians and denying them proper medical care, are war crimes and should be addressed by international law."

Obama Must Not Become President

I just heard this evening on the radio that the notorious racist and vicious antisemite, louis farrakhan, has endorsed barrack obama. I think that says all we need to know about this punk running for the presidency. Just as they have about everything else negative that has been revealed about the boy, the msm is ignoring this as well. And before anyone dismisses this by saying that obama can't be held responsible for who chooses to support him, and that he has publicly repudiated farrakhan, remember as I pointed out in a previous post that obama employs nation of islam staffers. Therefore his repudation of farrakhan and the racism and antisemitism which he represents, was a fraud. Obama clearly feels quite comfortable in the company of black supremicists and radical muslims. Quite strange behavior from someone who speaks of hope and unity in his speeches. Recall also his acquaintance with the late Edward Said, anti-Israel, pro-palestinian propagandist, and of course his anti-Israel foreign policy advisors such as Brzezinski and Robert Malley. Although I haven't come across any proof, it is my personal belief that his campaign is being funded by wealthy Arab sheiks and islamic groups here and abroad, with ties to terrorism.

Combining all that we know so far about Barrack Obama, every Jew and every American for that matter ought to have grave cause for concern. I believe this is the most dangerous man ever to run for president. Obama is the most dishonest candidate ever to run for the presidency and that is saying alot. He speaks of unity in his speeches all the while he is a divisive racist who’s first and only priority is the idea of worldwide black unity rather than being committed to America and ALL of its people. He has used the race card to get ahead in the democratic primary. I say he is indeed the manchurian candidate who is being funded by unsavory characters from the muslim world and has been his entire political career. His wife saying this is the first time she has ever been proud of America is very telling about the obamas. This barrack is a dangerous miscreant who must be stopped.

Video Proving Hamas Staged Blackouts

A video exposing that hamas fabricated images to show the world that Gaza was in a blackout and was suffering from a humanitarian crisis as the result of Israeli electricity cuts. The truth is, the minor electricity cuts by Israel had a miniscule effect on Gaza. How many times will the western media fall for these staged Pallywood tricks? The video includes a hamas pretend meeting by candlelight which actually took place in the daytime, as daylight can clearly be seen through closed curtains. Yet western media outlets fell for this.

Israeli Arabs in Favor of National Service

Perhaps some, including myself may have overstated the threat Israeli Arabs pose to the state of Israel. It turns out the majority of Israel's Arab citizens are in fact patriotic Israelis and are eager to serve in Sherut Leumi, the National Service Program. This is despite Arab Knesset members who are opposed to the idea.

Balad Faction Chairman MK Jamal Zahalka insisted that any Arab who volunteered for national service will be considered “leprous” and the Arab society will “vomit him out.”

Ignoring the radical anti-Israel rhetoric of Arab leaders, polls show Israeli Arab youths as well as adults are in favor of voluntary national service:

Poll: 75% of Israeli Arab youth back national service

Seventy-five percent of Israeli Arabs between the ages of 16 and 22 support voluntary national service, according to a poll released yesterday.

…The poll found that, once given basic information about national service conditions and its goals, not only Israeli Arab youth were supportive of the idea, but so were 71.9 percent of all Arab men and 83.8 percent of all Arab women.

…Just over 27 percent of Arab youth said they would volunteer even in the face of family members’ opposition, while 35 percent said they would volunteer despite the opposition of town leaders. Forty-two percent said they would volunteer even if the majority of Israeli Arab leaders express their opposition.

Sixty-eight percent of those who support national service said they are in favor because it contributes to the country and Israeli society, while 89.7 percent said they support the project because it would lead to greater equality between Arabs and Jews.

Fighting Back

If the west launches a united front against the creeping encroachment of sharia law into our countries, the jihadists will back down. Daniel Pipes points out instances of islamists retreating in the face of hostile opposition to attempts to impose sharia law. For instance, muslim cab drivers refusing blind passengers with seeing eye dogs have been jailed and fined and as a result, CAIR, losing in courts of law and public opinion, capitulated and urged muslim cab drivers to accomodate blind passengers and now claim that islamic law does allow dogs to be used for the visually impaired. In my view, the islamists are testing us in these small areas, seeing if we have the will to resist and if not, then they know we are ripe for the taking for much larger plans they have in store for us in the future. We must stop them in their tracks now and launch a full frontal assault against sharia, showing no signs of weakness. We shall never allow some alien culture to displace the US constitution and impose their medieval, barbaric laws upon us.

Westerners opposed to the application of the Islamic law (the Shari'a) watch with dismay as it goes from strength to strength in their countries — harems increasingly accepted, a church leader endorsing Islamic law, a judge referring to the Koran, clandestine Muslim courts meting out justice. What can be done to stop the progress of this medieval legal system so deeply at odds with modern life, one that oppresses women and turns non-Muslims into second-class citizens?

A first step is for Westerners to mount a united front against the Shari'a. Facing near-unanimous hostility, Islamists back down. For one example, note the retreat last week by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in a dispute concerning guide dogs used by the blind. [emphasis added].

Muslims traditionally consider dogs impure animals to be avoided, creating an aversion that becomes problematic when Muslim store-owners or taxi drivers deny service to blind Westerners relying on service dogs. I have collected fifteen such cases on my weblog, at "Muslim Taxi Drivers vs. Seeing-Eye Dogs": five from the United States (New Orleans, Cincinnati, Milwaukee, Brooksville, Fl.; Everett, Wash.); four from Canada (Vancouver, twice in Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Alberta); three from the United Kingdom (Cambridge, twice in London); two from Australia (Melbourne, Sydney); and one from Norway (Oslo).

News accounts quote Muslim cabbies rudely rejecting blind would-be passengers, yelling at them, "No dog, No dog, Get out, get out"; "Get that dog out of here"; and "No dogs, no dogs." The blind find themselves rejected, humiliated, abandoned, insulted, or even injured, left in the rain, dropped in the middle of nowhere, made late for an appointment, or caused to miss a flight.

Islamist organizations initially responded to this problem by supporting anti-canine cabbies. The Muslim Association of Canada pointed out how Muslims generally regard dog saliva as unclean. CAIR on one occasion echoed this assertion, claiming that "the saliva of dogs invalidates the ritual purity needed for prayer." On another, the head of CAIR, Nihad Awad, declared that "People from the Middle East especially ... have been indoctrinated with a kind of fear of dogs" and justified a driver rejecting a guide dog on the grounds that he "has a genuine fear and he acted in good faith. He acted in accordance with his religious beliefs."

Black Turban Makes Threats

Speaking of Black turbaned madmen, hezbollah terror leader hassan nasrallah threatens that Israel will cease to exist come the next war.

The Hizballah leader, in his most vituperative speech against Israel ever, said Friday, Feb. 22: “Arab opposition, including Syria, and popular opposition will eliminate Israel; its armed forces will be defeated and Israel will be left with no army. We will fight as we have never fought before, confronting the Israeli army with of a type of combat it has never before experienced.”

Hassan Nasrallah pledged “Mughniyeh’s blood would not go unpunished, declaring,” He was killed in a pre-emptive Israeli strike, an open war.”

DEBKAfile: On Feb. 20, Israeli chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Gaby Ashkenazi indicated Hizballah planned to seize on an Israeli ground offensive against Gazan missiles to launch a revenge attack in the north and force Israel to fight on two fronts. He told graduating IDF officers: “It is up to us to achieve a quick victory in every confrontation.”

Nasrallah went on to say: “Israelis want to chop off the heads of the resistance leaders. We’ll take the decision when to defend ourselves and where… We won’t surrender because we have tens of thousands of Imad Mughniyeh.”

Turning to his quarrel with Lebanon’s government factions, Nasrallah accused “the majority of waiting for an Israeli war to finish Hizballah off.”

Silence in the Face of Genocidal Threats

The JPost laments the world's silence in the face of Iran's genocidal threats against the state of Israel.

'Denying historical facts, especially on such an important subject as the Holocaust, is just not acceptable. Nor is it acceptable to call for the elimination of any state or people. I would like to see this fundamental principle respected both in rhetoric and in practice by all the members of the international community."

The leader of Iran's Revolutionary Guards Corps, Muhammad Ali Jafari, wrote to Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah this week: "The cancerous growth Israel will soon disappear... I am convinced that with every passing day Hizbullah's might is increasing and in the near future, we will witness the disappearance of this cancerous growth Israel by means of the Hizbullah fighters' radiation [therapy]."

Notice the use of the word "radiation". It sure sounds like a threat to strike Israel with nuclear weapons. We cannot afford to listen to the foreign policy "realists" who want to play footsie with these black turbaned madmen in Tehran. We need to employ "shock and awe" at the very headquarters of these crazed mullahs as well as the revolutionary guards.

Next, Iranian Armed Forces chief Maj.-Gen. Hassan Firouzabadi wrote to Nasrallah saying that "Lebanese and Palestinian combatants... [will] continue the struggle until the complete destruction of the Zionist regime and the liberation of the entire land of Palestine."

Not to be outdone, on Wednesday Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said at a rally broadcast on state television, "World powers have created a black and dirty microbe named the Zionist regime and have unleashed it like a savage animal on the nations of the region." Speaking of the late Hizbullah terror chief Imad Mugniyeh, Ahmadinejad said, "They assassinate pure and pious people and then they celebrate it."

The silence from the nations of the world in the face of this blatant endorsement of terror and incitement to genocide is deafening, giving the lie to oceans of pious rhetoric.

Just weeks ago, for example, the UN noted the International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust, established in 2005 by a General Assembly resolution. Once again, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called for "rededication" to "applying the lessons of the Holocaust to our lives."

Just what are those lessons? The late US Congressman Tom Lantos, a Holocaust survivor, said what Ban should have said. Already too sick to attend the UN event, his daughter read his warning: "Just as an earlier dictator pledged to destroy the Jews of Europe, so a new one is threatening to destroy the Jewish state. It is the responsibility of the entire world community... to prevent another Holocaust, wherever it may occur, and to keep the memory of the killing of six million Jewish people alive as the State of Israel faces constant attacks, and must fight each day for its very survival."

This, indeed, is the obvious, yet unspoken lesson for today. Iran openly backs Hizbullah, openly hosts Hamas leaders and openly calls for Israel's destruction. Nor are these genocidal intentions "only" rhetorical. They are already being carried out in practice, in the form of daily missile attacks and other terrorist acts, ongoing weapons buildups and - topping it all off - through Iran's race to full nuclear weapons capability.

The stunning global silence in the face of incitement to and preparation for genocide testifies to a belief that all this is "just" Israel's problem - as if an existential threat to one small state is not of sufficient concern. Yet the eminent Holocaust historian Yehuda Bauer, in a discussion paper on the UN Web site, explains why, once again, a threat to the Jewish people is also a global one.

"World War II... [was] initiated by Nazi Germany, largely for ideological reasons: one, the desire to rule Europe, and through it, the world, and thus achieve a global racial hierarchy... of the Aryan race on top, and everybody else under them... [Two,] they saw the Jews as the Satan that controlled all of Germany's enemies... It is no exaggeration to say that World War II, and the death of tens of millions, the destruction of countries and cultures, the torture and death of children and adults, was caused in part by hatred against Jews," he wrote.

On Tuesday, Israel officially asked the UN Security Council to condemn Iran's "direct and public incitement to commit genocide."

Which nation will stand up and join us? How long will more than 130 parties to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, which explicitly makes incitement to genocide a crime, continue to encourage Iran with their silence? Which leaders and nations will speak out and act - not only in Israel's defense but in their own?

I won't hold my breath.

Jews Must Defend Brigitte Gabriel

I am disgusted with certain prominent loud-mouthed Jews and Jewish organizations which claim to speak for us, who have repudiated Brigitte Gabriel, a great friend of Israel and the Jewish people. They did so because when asked of her opinion about barrack obama at a recent appearance as guest speaker at the West Palm Beach Lion of Judah’s luncheon, she correctly pointed out his association with the antisemitic Jeremiah Wright as well as his church which honored louis farrakhan. Here is Gabriel responding to the controversy:

Opinions are like………noses. Everyone has one. As someone whose life has been greatly impacted by Israel, I am an outspoken supporter and advocate for Jewish issues and Israeli security. My outspokenness creates a few storms now and then.

With the Internet amplifying publicly voiced opinion, comments can be swirled around through instant e-mail communication seeding the most dark and foreboding storm clouds. Most of the sleet, hail and lightening I get comes from the Jewish community… usually after I have said something extolling their virtues. Most remarkable was my statement at a Duke University counter Palestinian Solidarity Movement rally in 2004 where I said the difference between Israel and the Arab world “is the difference between civilization and Barbarism.” The comment went worldwide. The president of Hillel apologized to the Arabs and Palestinians up one side and down the other.

There was nothing to apologize for, Gabriel told the undeniable truth about the difference between Israel and her enemies. What is it in the Jewish psyche that causes so many of us to browbeat our friends and attempt to curry favor with our enemies? Why do leftist Jews and these Jewish organizations get on their knees begging for acceptance from our enemies and feeling guilty and apologizing when someone points out the superiority of our values and achievements? Hillel is the same group which stands passively by while antisemitism thrives on campuses and had no real response to "bash Israel week" other than to beg university adminstrations to put a stop to it instead of aggressively going on the offensive and confronting these islamic nazis and their leftist supporters and enablers.

I recently was asked my opinion about Barack Obama and boy what a tempest it has caused. And this time the maligning from my Hebrew friends comes for pointing out that a presidential candidate has deeply troubling connections to an anti-Semite? So?

The adverse precipitation came last week from the United Jewish Communities (UJC), who took strong exception to my answering question posed by a woman about Barrack Obama. The UJC’s published comments, headlined by some as “slamming” Brigitte Gabriel, cast doubt on my legitimacy and my efforts to support the Jewish nation and fight the rise of Islamofascism. I think you will find, as others have commented to me, that they are doing a disservice to one of Judaism’s ally in its fight as a people and Israel as a nation.

Here are the facts.

I was honored to be the guest speaker at the West Palm Beach Lion of Judah’s luncheon on February 4th in Florida. My presentation, like many I have given to Jewish Federations in both Canada and the US, as well as countless non Jewish organizations and churches, focused on the humanitarian qualities of Israel who rescued my family and other Christians from the Jihad against us by Muslim extremists in civil war torn Lebanon. I warned the audience about the rise of Islamofascism throughout the world and here in America. I encouraged them to get involved, support the Lion of Judah and make a difference. The 350 women present gave me a standing ovation. After lunch and the Q&A they bought up every available copy of my New York Times best seller, “Because They Hate.” I felt no hostility or heard any derogatory remarks during the greetings and exchanges of encouragement given me while signing 200 books.

That was the good part.

It was during the Q&A that a woman asked my opinion as to whether or not Obama was anti-Semitic, her words. Knowing how sensitive political issues are considering my audience, I prefaced my answer by saying, “I want to make something very clear before I answer this question. I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat. I am an independent who came to this country as a fresh slate and was not raised in a home in America that influenced me to vote either Republican or Democrat. So my answer to you will be as a terrorism expert and not as someone who is trying to influence you about any party.” I then repeated what I had said at a similar Federation event in Boca Raton the previous week.
I discussed Obama’s long association with the controversial Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr. of the Southside Chicago Trinity United Church. Obama has frequently referred to Wright as his ‘spiritual adviser’. Wright has peculiar Black Racist, anti-Israel, anti-Semitic views. Wright’s Church magazine, The Trumpet, has honored Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan, promoted anti-Israel divestment efforts, and visited Libyan strongman, Mummar Ghaddafi.

As for UJC, and other like-minded Jewish organizations, and Wexler and other Jewish politicians of his ilk, they are useless, and in fact counterproductive to Jewish causes and harmful to the well being of Jews and certainly Israel, and I’m sick and tired of them claiming to speak on behalf of Jews, they don’t speak for me. Israel Opposed US Embassy Move to Jerusalem

A perfect example of how Jews so often are their own worst enemies. The US senate was prepared to override the presidential waiver preventing the US from moving its embassy to Jerusalem. However the Israeli government intervened and came down on the side of leaving the embassy in Tel Aviv. This is pathetic. They were obviously fearful of igniting muslim rage. Israelis need to elect a government unafraid to stand up for the Jewish state's sovereign right to its own capital. If Jews won't stand up for ourselves, how can we expect anyone else to defend us?

(IsraelNN.com) Former Israeli Consul General to the US Yoram Ettinger revealed at the Jerusalem Conference Wednesday that Israel prevented a move that would have relocated the US Embassy to Jerusalem.

“The US Senate was ready to do away with the waiver that allows the president to defer the moving of the embassy to Jerusalem,” Ettinger said during a round-table discussion at the Jerusalem Conference. “There were over 80 senators – enough to override any [presidential] veto.”


It was the Israeli government, Ettinger said, who intervened on behalf of leaving the Embassy in Tel Aviv. “The problem is that both houses of congress have been firmer on Jerusalem than any Israeli government since 1993.”

Ettinger did not elaborate which Israeli government it was that told Congress to stand down.

History of the Act and Waiver
US Congress overwhelmingly approved the Jerusalem Embassy Relocation Act in 1995, mandating that the Embassy be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem by May 1999 and that the US recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Currently, all the nations with which Israel has diplomatic relations refuse to recognize Israel’s Basic Law designating Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish State.

Former US President Bill Clinton, who promised in both of his presidential campaigns to move the embassy, signed successive six-month security waivers, thus passing on the "hot potato" to his successor.

During the 2000 election campaign, US President George W. Bush pledged that if he was elected, he would "begin the process" of moving the embassy to Jerusalem on his "first day in office." He has not done so, however - invoking the waver for the 13th time on December 12, 2007.

After the failed Camp David talks in July 2000, Clinton suggested in an interview with Israeli television that he was considering moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem. "I have always wanted to do it. I've always thought it was the right thing to do. But I didn't want to do anything to undermine the peace process ... But it's something that I have taken under review now because of the recent events," Clinton told the Israeli public. In reaction, Hizbullah terror chief Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah threatened the US that he would "turn your embassy into rubble and return your diplomats in coffins."

Israel Being Screwed Again

Israel is facing increasing international pressure to alter its Gaza strip policy. And Europe is also considering changing its policy towards hamas. This is all very infuriating but not the least bit surprising.

...In the last week, a number of Israeli ambassadors in European capitals sent classified telegrams about the meeting’s contents, some of which reached Haaretz.

Serry criticized Israel at the outset of the meeting. “We are deeply concerned over the situation in Gaza, especially from the humanitarian perspective,” he said. “We must find a fast solution to this situation.”

He said that due to Israel’s siege, “even the UN’s teams have difficulty entering and leaving Gaza to give aid.”

Welch, who joined the criticism of Israel’s conduct in the Gaza Strip, said the United States was not comfortable with Israel’s approach to Gaza, and presented the American goals regarding the Israelis and Palestinians. “First we must not allow the suicide bombing in Dimona and shooting on Sderot to affect the negotiations,” he said.

“It is also important to us that neither the Palestinians in Gaza nor the Israelis in Sderot are hurt. Also, we must continue to strengthen Mahmoud Abbas and Salam Fayyad.”

Welch added that the Quartet must demand that Israel open the border passes with the Gaza Strip.

Otte was even more blunt. “Not only is nothing improving on the ground, but Israel’s behavior is getting worse, and it’s failing to carry out its obligations on the road map,” he said...

How about the behavior of the palestinians? Israel’s actions, after all, are in response to rocket attacks from Gaza. Israel is obligated to defend its own citizens, not to concern themselves with the comfort of its enemies at the expense of its own citizens very lives.

...Israel had been expecting a demarche from the EU making clear Brussels’ disapproval of its actions in the Gaza Strip. A concentrated diplomatic offensive by Israel’s ambassadors in Europe managed to stall the initiative for the moment. “However,” said a source in Jerusalem, “Israel is living on borrowed time regarding international legitimacy for what is going on in Gaza.”

Israel and the United States recently managed to thwart Switzerland’s initiative for an international gathering to propose a plan to open the border passes to the Gaza Strip. French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner demanded of Defense Minister Ehud Barak in the past two weeks to open the border passes in the Strip.

Barak was forced to give in and allow a partial opening of the passes so that cement could be brought into Gaza. Barak heard similar demands during his visit to Turkey about a week ago. He agreed to Turkey’s request to enable Turkish humanitarian aid to be brought into Gaza on a one-time basis.

In addition to these troubling reports, Ran Koriel sent a sharp telegram to the Foreign Ministry warning of an overall European policy change toward Israel and the PA, which could even lead to a recognition of Hamas.

“Despite the suspension [of the demarche], note the growing discomfort in Europe over the situation in the Gaza Strip,” wrote Koriel.

He said that in recent weeks he received reports that the French government was reexamining its attitude toward Hamas. Senior EU officials had been heard denouncing Israel’s actions in Gaza, and a number of decisions on the issue had been passed in various European parliaments.

“This activity is in keeping with the European culture espousing concern for humanitarian issues,” Koriel wrote. “It is even graver in view of the feeling in Europe that Israel and the Palestinians are not succeeding in changing the situation on the ground and not progressing in the peace
talks.”...

Bullshit! It's not about concern for humanitarian issues. This is about Europe’s time honored tradition of appeasing evil and throwing the Jews to the wolves to protect its own interests, or so they think its in their interest to curry favor with the muslim world. What about the humanitarian concerns for the citizens of Sderot?

Kosovo-Like Situation in Israel

To those leftist Jews in Israel and the diaspora who believe that giving away Judea and Samaria and parts of Jerusalem for the creation of an arab-muslim state will result in peace and security for Israel, you may want to ponder what's in store for Arab majority areas within 1967 Israel. What makes them believe that these Israeli Arabs won't demand seccession from Israel and launch new waves of terrorism to force Israel to meet their separatist demands? And who's to say the international community won't put renewed pressure on Israel demanding they give up these areas simply because they contain an Arab majority?

As Israel Harel warns, there already is a Kosovo-like situation with Galilee Arabs cutting themselves off from Israeli society and Jews fleeing the Galilee in fear of Arab violence against them.

There are parallels between Israel and the Serbs. Like Israel, the Serbs have been demonized and falsely accused of atrocities when in fact they have been the actual victims of muslim atrocities and merely acted to defend themselves against their muslim tormentors, as has Israel. Just as Israel is being forced by world powers to cede historical Jewish land to their muslim enemies simply because muslims are the majority population of these areas, and even though there already is a palestinian Arab state, Jordan, Serbs are also being forced to accept that their historical land, Kosovo, should be surrendered to the muslim Albanians because they represent the majority population of Kosovo. And even though there already exists Albania.

This is why Jews should vehemently oppose Kosovo independence. Instead, ignorant Jewish groups and politicians have inverted victim and aggressor and have perversely identified with the muslim albanians, comparing them to the Jews own plight during the holocaust, when it is the Serbs who Jews ought to be identifying with.

Kosovo's declaration of independence has sparked concern in certain circles in Israel. The day may not be far off when the Arabs of Galilee start clamoring for political independence, too. In recent years, many of them have been cutting themselves off, psychologically and physically, from the Jewish-democratic State of Israel.

The Muslims of Kosovo constitute an absolute majority of the population, and the same is true for the Galilee Arabs. Quite a few Jews have been leaving the Galilee, especially since October 2000, and not many are joining the sparse Jewish population there, despite an array of financial incentives. The events in Kosovo have triggered memories of the thousands who took part in the violence in Wadi Ara in 2000, blocking major traffic arteries and cutting off access to Jewish communal settlements in an outbreak of rioting that coincided with Yasser Arafat's war of terror.

Memories come rushing back on the use of live ammunition in some cases, and the operation of an underground and terror cells alongside the suicide bombers dispatched from Gaza, Judea and Samaria.

Demonstrations where the Palestinian flag is raised in protest - on the anniversary of Arafat's death, for example - have become commonplace on campuses in Israel, especially at the University of Haifa. In the Galilee and Haifa, Arab intellectuals and public figures have compiled documents known as "The Vision," in which they reject Israel as a Jewish state and the homeland of the Jewish people.

Before the Annapolis summit, delegates of all the Israeli Arab organizations convened in Nazareth and reached a unanimous decision to call upon Mahmoud Abbas not to cooperate with Ehud Olmert and recognize Israel as a Jewish state. A delegation of Arab Knesset members was sent to meet with the Palestinian negotiators to ensure that the message had sunk in. If the Arab citizens of Israel vehemently oppose recognizing Israel as the Jewish homeland, said MK Ahmed Tibi to Abu Ala (Ahmed Qurei), how can you, the representatives of the Palestinian people, even consider such a thing?

Israeli governments have resigned themselves to the blatant, unconcealed separatist actions of the Galilee Arabs, and this only perpetuates the phenomenon. Shimon Peres, who was appointed by several governments to oversee measures ultimately aimed at increasing the Jewish presence in the Galilee, talked a lot but did little. Political correctness, such as halting the campaign to "Judaize Galilee," was his guideline.

Bibi Advocates 'Disproportionate Force'

Binyamin Netanyahu, speaking at the 5th annual Jerusalem conference has called for the use of disproportionate force and has urged Shas to leave the coalition government in order to save Jerusalem. Shas wants to wait to leave the government once there is a signed document which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. What kind of an idiotic policy is it to decide to leave the government AFTER an agreement is signed? By that time it is too late. Shas must leave and force Olmert's government out of power BEFORE it gets the chance to sign a written agreement surrendering parts of Jerusalem to muslim terrorists. As long as Shas remains part of the coalition government, they are complicit in the surrender of Jerusalem, no matter that they claim to oppose it.

(IsraelNN.com) Opposition leader and former Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu advocated the use of "disproportionate force" against the terror from Gaza in his speech before the 5th annual Jerusalem Conference Wednesday. Netanyahu called the 2005 Disengagement from Gaza and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's statement that it had been a success, "a kind of total disengagement from reality."

"Deterrence comes before action," he explained. "Deterrence comes from inside. You project it. And it's always projected from the leadership to the other side." Netanyahu explained that the enemy learns what Israel will "stomach, what Israel will tolerate, and what Israel will find intolerable." Former Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that the continued rockets on Israeli towns is something that Israel simply cannot tolerate. He added, "I acted accordingly when there was such a challenge about two weeks before I left office… we responded with disproportional force."

Deterrence and disproportional response
"What is being done now is a war of attrition," Netanyahu explained. "They attack us – we attack them. They rocket us, we send a helicopter that (…) kills two, three, five of their operatives. What we are doing is gradually habituating the other side to the ability that they will engage in the daily bloodletting and terrorizing of our cities, and they will suffer a certain price. That cannot continue.

"The very nature of deterrence is the disproportional response," he said. "You up the ante. Israel has an enormous amount of ability and force that it can use to up the ante in various ways. But the main thing is to understand that you have to get out from a pattern of attrition to a policy of deterrence. That's what I would change in Sderot overnight."

Shas giving Olmert 'iron bridge'
Netanyahu posed a question to the leaders of the Shas hareidi-Sephardic party: "You are part of this government, but you are not part of its policies. You say that you want Jerusalem united, that you do not want to give up our patrimony, that you don't want to put every part of our city at risk… Why are you sitting in this government? Why are you still in it? Why are you providing Mr. Olmert with an iron bridge from which he can carve up Jerusalem?"
"I have as yet received no answer," Netanyahu said, and elaborated: "The argument that 'we shall wait until there is a signed document' means that there will be a fait accompli, that there will be facts created that will be presented to us, and then we'll have to work our way back from an international commitment undertaken by a serving Israeli government."

Netanyahu took credit for predicting the twin tower attacks in a book he wrote in 1995, six years before the 9/11 disaster. There was no reaction at the time, Netanyahu said.

The EU Won't Protect Hirsi Ali

A sad situation for Ayaan Hirsi Ali who must plead for protection against the psychopaths who threaten her life because she dares to state the truth about the evil of islam. Such is the current state of western civilization that those who speak up in defense of our values and against the threat of islam, are either forced to go into hiding or need bodyguards. Yet the crazed jihadists in our midst brazenly issue threats against us without any fear.

She was invited by French Socialist MEPs, who launched the initiative to set up a special fund for the former Dutch Parliamentarian who has received death threats because of her critical views of Islam.

"Today I find myself in the embarrassing position that I have to come to ask for help," she told the European Parliament. "I need you to support this fund to protect people like me whose only crime is free speech."

Ms Hirsi Ali has been living under police protection since the murder of filmmaker Theo van Gogh in 2004, with whom she made a film about Islam's treatment of women. A note targeting her by name was found on van Gogh's body.

The Dutch government stopped paying her security bills last year when she left to work in the US. "I think it was the wrong decision. I am forced to do fundraising and will have to go into hiding when the money runs out," she said simply.

Despite a high-publicity campaign in Brussels, the Somali-born Hirsi Ali is likely to come away empty-handed. The proposal has received the backing of just one in seven MEPs (85 out of 785) - and just two Dutch MEPs.

The Latest Iranian Threat Against Israel

Iran threatens to launch another hezbollah war against Israel.

TEHRAN, Feb 18, 2008 (AFP) - Iran's Revolutionary Guards on Monday predicted that Israel would be destroyed by the Lebanese Shiite militant group Hezbollah in the "near future", the Fars news agency reported.

"In the near future, we will witness the destruction of Israel, the aggressor, this cancerous microbe Israel, at the able hands of the soldiers of the community of Hezbollah," the head of the Revolutionary Guards, Mohammad Ali Jafari, said.

His comments came in a condolence message to Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah after the murder in Damascus of a top commander of the group, Imad Mughnieh, the news agency said.

Iran, hezbollah and al qaeda

There is strong evidence to suggest that there has been a long history of collaboration between Iran, its proxy hezbollah, including the now dead mugniyah, and al qaeda, as well as unanswered questions about Iran and hezbollah's role in 9/11. What will it take for some people to come to grips with the fact that Iran must be dealt with militarily? Foreign policy "realists" such as obama advisor Brzezinski of the failed Carter administration, believe we should sit down and chat with Iran's mullahs and some even believe that we can live with a nuclear armed Iran. Given the grave dangers we are faced with, we cannot let such delusional people take the reigns of power and shape our foreign policy for the next few years.

Late Tuesday night in Damascus, Imad Mugniyah, senior terrorist of Hezbollah, was killed in a car bomb explosion. It was a fitting death for a founding father of Islamic terrorism, a man who himself had built many bombs. If you had not heard of Mugniyah before, there is a good reason. Terror chieftains like Osama bin Laden and Ayman al Zawahiri seek the limelight with their frequent and widely disseminated diatribes. Not Mugniyah. Until recently, only a handful of photos of him were publicly available, and he never gave interviews. Instead, he was something of a ghost, confined to the terrorist underworld since the early 1980s, quietly doing the bidding of his masters, the Assad family in Syria and the mullahs in Iran.

Mugniyah, however, was well known in counter-terrorism circles. His role in the kidnapping and torture death of William Buckley, CIA station chief in Beirut in 1984, had earned him special enmity. Indeed, law enforcement and intelligence agencies around the globe hunted Mugniyah for nearly 30 years. But until last week he always escaped, leaving behind him a bloody trail. Finally, someone--we cannot be sure who, as of this writing--got him.

The assassination of Mugniyah has been widely reported in the press. Most accounts have gotten the details of his early career right. They have noted Mugniyah's role in some of the first Islamist terrorist attacks against the United States, including the bombings of the U.S. embassy and U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut in 1983 and a series of hijackings and kidnappings throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. But what virtually all of the coverage in the major media in recent days omits is this: Imad Mugniyah was a vital ally of Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda.

Most accounts have ignored Mugniyah's ties to al Qaeda. Others have denied that collusion between the Shiite Mugniyah and the Sunni bin Laden was possible. One Associated Press account described Mugniyah as "a Shiite Muslim not known to be connected to the Sunni al Qaeda." James Risen of the New York Times mentioned in passing that "there is evidence of contacts between [Mugniyah and bin Laden]," including "at least one meeting in the 1990s, possibly to discuss a terrorist relationship." If it were left to the mainstream media, then, Mugniyah's role in the history of al Qaeda's terror would be only a vague matter for speculation.

A close reading of the 9/11 Commission Report, however, along with legal documents produced by the Clinton administration, the trial testimony of two known al Qaeda terrorists, and a variety of other sources, tells a different story. There is a lengthy history of collaboration between Mugniyah and al Qaeda. And there remain disturbing questions about his possible involvement in the attacks of September 11.

"Settlements" Are Legal

Eugene Kontorovich explains why Jewish communities, labeled "settlements" by the international community, are in fact perfectly legal, contrary to popular myth.

In the first place, Israel is not an occupying power in Judea and Samaria as defined by article 49 of the Forth Geneva convention, which defines occupation as seizing territory from another nation. Judea and Samaria were not considered territories of any nation. Secondly, there is no international law against private citizens of an "occupying power", even if the territories were to be considered as such, from moving there and making real estate transactions on their own, which is what Jews have done in Judea and Samaria. It's about time this dangerous myth was exploded. I'm sick of Jews being demonized for having the audacity to live in their own homeland. Instead, it is the muslim-arabs, who demand a Judenrein state, who should be demonized for their racism, antisemitism and apartheid practices.

In the wake of President Bush's recent trip to Israel, the administration has put great emphasis on the issue of Israeli settlements. Most controversial are the "unauthorized settlements." Mr. Bush declared that the "illegal outposts … must go."

Unauthorized settlements are communities that have been created against the wishes of the Israeli government. They may violate Israel's building or zoning rules, and thus are sometimes called "illegal" settlements.

One might think from the controversy that these communities represent a gross affront to international norms. The opposite is true: whatever one may think of the legal status of Jewish communities in the West Bank in general, the "unauthorized" settlements raise no issues under international law.

The international law said by Israel's critics to prohibit Jewish settlement activity in the West Bank is the Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention. The article provides that "the occupying power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own population into the territories it occupies." The dispute over the legality of Israel's West Bank settlements mostly turns on the interpretation of this provision.

"Occupation," as used in the treaty, seems to mean seizing territory belonging to another country. The West Bank, however, was not part of Jordan's territory when Israel took it in 1967. At the time, the area was not the recognized as the territory of any nation.

Regardless of these arguments, what is clear is that the Convention specifically bars action only by the "occupying power" — in other words, the government and public authorities of the country. It does not apply to the movements and real estate decisions of private individuals. Various other parts of the Convention distinguish between "nationals of the occupying Power" and "the occupying power" itself; the prohibitions of Article 49 fall exclusively on the latter.

This makes sense given the convention's purposes and background. The Geneva Conventions are treaties between nations outlining their legal responsibilities during war and its aftermath. The obligations they create apply only to nations and individuals exercising public power.

No one has ever suggested that the U.S. occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan banned American citizens from moving there.

Certainly the Geneva Convention is not a zoning law, or a Jim Crow ordinance preventing people of a certain nationality from living where they choose. Sixty years ago, in Shelley v. Kramer, the U.S. Supreme Court held that the government could not participate in any way in racial discrimination in housing. Yet in Mr. Bush's interpretation, if an American Jew with Israeli citizenship were to buy a house from an Arab in a voluntary transaction, it would be an "illegal settlement" since not approved by the Israeli government. Apparently the administration does not feel the philosophy of Shelley has general applicability.

The "illegal" Jewish outposts exist despite the government's best efforts, not because of them. They were created by private individuals, with the government often repeatedly destroying or threatening their homes or blocking their access. Residents continue to live in trailers and even send their children to classrooms built in the backs of trucks because the government would demolish permanent homes.

It is puzzling that international opposition to settlements begins with those that are illegal if at all, only under Israeli law. The international community is an unlikely champion of Israeli's complex housing code — it certainly does not complain of the extensive illegal Arab construction.

Perhaps it is because the unauthorized communities represent the persistence of Jewish efforts to live in the area regardless of the government's plans. The Palestinian Authority insists that the price of any deal be not only the withdrawal of Israeli sovereign force, but also the expulsion of all Jews from the area. Thus the outposts challenge the vision of a Jew-free state.

The Geneva Convention was designed to protect against governmental efforts to forcibly change the ethnic make-up of an area, efforts of the kind that occurred in World War II. It would be a bitter irony if it were misread as requiring that any territory be kept free of Jews, or any ethnic group.

Muslims Riot in Denmark

Predictably, hordes of pathological islamic supremacists, or should I give the politically correct description, "youths", rioted throughout the streets of Denmark in response to the republishing of mo'toons by leading Danish newspapers as a protest against a muslim plot to murder one of the cartoonists. Schools, cars and garbage containers were torched. We have come to expect violent temper tantrums from infantile muslims whenever there is criticism of islam. The average muslim male hasn't emotionally advanced past the age of two. They contribute and produce nothing to the societies they live in, they exist to cause mayhem and bloodshed. They just wait around for an excuse to become enraged. These people do not belong in western countries, because they do not live by the norms and rules of modern civilization. They will take us down the path of third worldism if muslim immigration is not stopped.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark – A wave of vandalism continued across Denmark for a seventh consecutive night, officials said Sunday.

Eleven people were arrested on suspicion of vandalizing and torching schools, cars and garbage containers, with 25 small fires burning overnight, police said.

The unrest – largely in immigrant neighborhoods – has spread through Copenhagen and across Denmark.

Police are unsure what triggered the unrest but some say youths from Denmark's immigrant communities were protesting against perceived police harassment – anger apparently aggravated by the publication Wednesday of a cartoon lampooning the Prophet Muhammad.

Most of the unrest was reported in Copenhagen, particularly in the southwest, with four arrests and 14 fires in the capital alone, police spokesman Jan Marker said.

Part of a school in Tingbjerg in Copenhagen was damaged by flames that tore through staff rooms and other administrative offices.

"But the general picture is that it looks calmer," Marker said. ``It's not as bad as the previous night. It could be because of the arrests we've made."

On Wednesday, more than a dozen Danish newspapers reprinted a cartoon that had sparked protests in Muslim countries two years ago in a gesture of solidarity after police revealed an alleged plot to kill the cartoonist.

In a related story, muslim terrorists in Gaza blew up the YMCA library Friday, also in response to mo'toons.

Unidentified gunmen blew up the YMCA library in the Gaza Strip on Friday morning. No one was hurt, but the library was completely destroyed.

Sources in Gaza told The Jerusalem Post the attack was in response to the re-publication of cartoons "ridiculing" the Prophet Muhammad in a number of Danish newspapers last week.

The sources said at least 12 gunmen participated in the assault, the latest in a series of attacks on Christian figures and institutions.

"The attackers kidnapped the two guards before they stormed the building in the Shajaiyeh neighborhood of Gaza City," the sources said. "Then they entered the library, where they detonated a number of explosive charges, causing heavy damage."

One of the guards, Abdel Mu'ti Abu Khoussa, 52, said the attackers also stole computers and other equipment from the offices of the YMCA. Only some of them had masks on their faces, he said.

Issa Saba, secretary-general of the YMCA in the Gaza Strip, said all 8,000 books were destroyed. He said the gunmen also stole a vehicle belonging to the organization.

The British government was powerless to resist the Saudi threats that forced it to close down the BAE corruption investigation, its lawyers insisted in the high court yesterday.

The claim met with scepticism from Lord Justice Moses, who is trying the case along with Mr Justice Sullivan. He pointed out that the government had apparently made no attempt to resist such "unlawful" Saudi threats or to deter their behaviour.

Philip Sales, QC for the crown, said the government could not "magic away" the threats from the Saudi ruling clan.

But the judge said: "Every time a hostage is taken or a ransom demanded, the answer by the government is: 'We do not yield to threats'."

The high court has heard unchallenged allegations that it was Prince Bandar, the alleged beneficiary of £1bn in secret payments from the arms giant BAE, who threatened to cut off intelligence on terrorists if the investigation into him and his family was not stopped.

Investigators said they were given to understand there would be "another 7/7" and the loss of "British lives on British streets" if they carried on delving into the payments.

The government argued yesterday that these threats were so "grave" and put Britain's security in such "imminent" threat that the head of the Serious Fraud Office had no option but to shut down his investigation immediately.

On the second day and final day of the judicial review into the decision, which is being brought by anti-corruption campaigners, the judges repeatedly questioned these assertions.

Moses said: "What you are saying is that the law is powerless to protect our own sovereignty - the law cannot be deployed as a weapon to protect the sovereignty of this country."

The judge said: "Your answer is, yes, it is powerless. No lawyer or court can protect one of the essential features of sovereignty, which is control over one's own domestic criminal law system."

Asked if that meant nothing could be done to resist this kind of threat "from a powerful foreign state", Sales replied: "Correct - we cannot compel Saudi Arabia to adopt a different stance."

Moses said it was "curious" that ministers were not allowed constitutionally to interfere in criminal investigations, but "there was nothing that could be done" when it was Saudi Arabia.

This meant, he said, that the decision to terminate the inquiry was "out of the control" of the British government.

Sales said the government was entitled to ignore an OECD anti-corruption treaty when Britain's security was in jeopardy. Moses responded : "It is no good just waving the flag of national security. If (its use) is so wide, it undermines the treaty." Any government could stop bribery prosecutions on the grounds of national security, Sullivan added. He asked if that "drove a coach and horses through the treaty."

The investigation was stopped after Tony Blair, then prime minister, intervened following sustained lobbying by the Saudis and BAE, who wanted to preserve a lucrative arms contract. In a long, "exceptional" letter to his attorney-general Lord Goldsmith, Blair said he was concerned, among other things, about this contract to sell Typhoon warplanes.
