Foxman Lies About Limbaugh

As if we needed further proof that Anti-Defamation League leader Abraham Foxman's real agenda is less about fighting anti-Semitism than in being a partisan shill for the democrats. His latest despicable act is to maliciously and falsely accuse Rush Limbaugh of making a "borderline" anti-Semitic statement. What Rush said was that alot of PREJUDICE people view the words "banker" and "Wall Street" as code words for "Jewish", and thus perhaps liberal Jews were having buyers remorse regarding Obama for attacking bankers and Wall Street. So while Rush was actually saying that people who promote the idea that the banks and Wall Street are run by Jews are prejudice against Jews, that scoundrel Foxman edited his comment to make it appear that Rush himself harbored this view. Here is Foxman's statement on the matter. Notice he leaves out the word "PREJUDICE".

Limbaugh told his listeners: “To some people, banker is a code word for Jewish; and guess who Obama is assaulting? He’s assaulting bankers. He’s assaulting money people. And a lot of those people on Wall Street are Jewish. So I wonder if there’s – if there’s starting to be some buyer’s remorse there.”

Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director, issued the following statement:

Rush Limbaugh reached a new low with his borderline anti-Semitic comments about Jews as bankers, their supposed influence on Wall Street, and how they vote.

Limbaugh’s references to Jews and money in a discussion of Massachusetts politics were offensive and inappropriate. While the age-old stereotype about Jews and money has a long and sordid history, it also remains one of the main pillars of anti-Semitism and is widely accepted by many Americans. His notion that Jews vote based on their religion, rather than on their interests as Americans, plays into the hands of anti-Semitic conspiracy theorists.

When he comes to understand why his words were so offensive and unacceptable, Limbaugh should apologize.

Here is what Rush actually said:

Look, folks, there are a lot of people who when you say “banker,” people think “Jewish.” People who have prejudice is the best way to put it. They have a little prejudice about them. So for some people, “banker” is code word for “Jewish,” and guess who Obama’s assaulting? He’s assaulting bankers. He’s assaulting money people, and a lot of those people on Wall Street are Jewish. So I wonder if there’s starting to be some buyer’s remorse there.

I am so sick of Jewish liberals like Foxman smearing and denigrating our friends while bending over backwards to ingratiate themselves to our leftist and muslim enemies. There couldn't be a better friend of Jews and Israel then Rush.

Contributions to the ADL should cease until such time as the organization puts in place a leader who will bring back its original purpose of exposing and fighting REAL anti-Semitism such as what is occurring on the left, rather than allowing it to be used as a vehicle for partisan political chicanery. Foxman is a self-serving jackass.
