DAMMAM: An American congressman visiting Saudi Arabia reiterated his country's position that Israel's settlements in East Jerusalem violate international law and said the current Israeli leadership is not reflecting the views of most of its constituents.

"The East Jerusalem expansions are not in accordance with international law," US Rep. Keith Ellison told Arab News Wednesday. "East Jerusalem is a land that was acquired by conquest and occupation, and UN resolutions are clear; international law is clear - you cannot use warfare to expand your territories and colonize another country."

The Minnesota lawmaker made the remarks during an interview in Dammam where he was leading a US trade delegation.

What a vile creep ellison is. He needs to get his facts straight. Eastern Jerusalem was liberated in a war of self-defense in 1967 from illegal jordanian occupation, and in which the Jordanian army ethnically cleansed Jews, confiscated their property and destroyed their synagogues when they conquered that part of the city in 1948 in a war of annihilation against Israel. Explain how the JEWISH QUARTER belongs to the arabs, explain how the holiest city in Judaism belongs to the muslims, keith ellison, you lying, jihadist propagandist.

Neither eastern Jerusalem or Judea and Samaria had ever in history existed as "another country". These areas NEVER existed as a sovereign state and have belonged to Jews for thousands of years. The Jews in no sense are "occupiers" or "colonialists".

So keith ellison basically says the illegal 1948 jordanian occupation and ethnic cleansing of Jews and the destruction of their properties was acceptable. What else can we expect from a muslim jihadist.

And not only does ellison completely and maliciously distort the narrative, he makes this statement while in one of the world's most repressive countries but has absolutely nothing critical to say about the human rights violations of the saudi regime and the oppressive nature of sharia law. This guy does not belong in the US congress, representing the government of a free nation. But such an individual gets elected only because we have foolishly allowed into our country an influx of immigrants who's values are diametrically opposed to what America stands for and now they control certain districts and put un-American representatives in power.
