As I said, its an act of war by Turkey against Israel.

Breaching the sovereign borders of a country in support of its sworn enemy is not the act of a friendly ally. It is the act of an enemy.

Its contemptible to see Turkey posing as the injured party in this affair. It organized this deadly provocation against Israel and should bear full responsibility for the outcome. And Israel acted in self defense against those who sought to harm it.

"Breaching the sovereign borders of a country"

This happened in high seas , outside of Israel's borders. It's not piracy, as Israel was carrying a military mission, so it is an act of war, which is under international jurisdiction regarding war crimes.

If it's not war (if the soldiers did not act under government orders), then high seas law says that it was Turkish territory so the soldiers should be handed over and tried according to Turkish laws in Turkish courts.

But of course, that'll never happen
