Muslim-American Soldier at Fort Hood Tells Al Jazeera: U.S. Army Training is ‘Propaganda Against Islam’
(CNSNews.com) – Zachari Klawonn, a Muslim U.S. Army specialist stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, told the Arabic-language television network Al Jazeera in a recent interview that training he had undergone in the U.S. military was “propaganda against Islam.” Klawonn said he was subject to harassment from fellow soldiers and from the Army command itself. A spokesman for Fort Hood told CNSNews.com that, as an American, Klawonn had a right to express his views and that he had informed his commanding officer that he was going to appear on Al-Jazeera.

Muslim Soldier Condemns U.S. Army On Al-Jazeera
There was a time in America when if a soldier went on enemy television defaming the U.S. military, it would have been considered an act of treason. But these days even the U.S. military has become so infected with political correctness, that not only did a muslim soldier appear on al-jazeera essentially declaring himself an enemy of America, he did so with the full knowledge of his superiors who said he had the right to express his opinion. This of course is bullshit. Soldiers do not have the right to publicly express political opinions or to bad mouth their superiors or the military. Doing so is grounds for dismissal. General McChrystal had to step down for criticizing obama in a Rolling Stone interview. But this guy is a muslim so the rules don’t apply to him. We have a potential malik hassan on our hands but no action will be taken against him because the Pentagon apparently believes its better that American soldiers lives be endangered then to be perceived as islamophobic. Our strategy is to try to make our enemies like us rather than to defeat them. We have deranged people currently leading this nation.

Hardly a surprise.
After Ft. Hood, you'd think the US military would have the learned the lesson.
Nah.
It is an infamy. If he perceived harassment, the U.S. Army has an internal means of addressing that. As for Islam, the idea that the U.S. Army is teaching recruits about the nastiness of many forms of Islam has achieved the impossible: making me feel good about paying income taxes.
