Obama's relentless pounding on the Jews mimics previous dictatorial leaders in recent history who promoted alienation of the Jews in concert with national socialism (another Obama favorite).

Israel has has a lot of hostile Arabs who need to be screened with extra rigor. Not every one who travels on an Israeli passport to America is Jewish. And Israel's Muslims and some Christians are extremists who support/sponsor terrorism. We need to keep potential jihadists out of America.
I support the profiling the ICE is trying to do. We don't do nearly enough of it. Morons on the right like Pamela Geller who can't or won't read the original material do America and Israel a grave disservice by spreading the lie that Israel is being identified as a terrorist nation. That's not what the ICE says and for the record, Thailand and the Philippines, which have Muslim insurgencies, are also on the list!
There's a reason Israel is on it and for once, it has nothing to do with Israel being a Jewish State.

As to Norman, your comment is disappointing and you certainly aren't the person I thought you were. Pam Geller is far from a moron. Her efforts are heroic. By you calling her a "moron on the right" and defending Israel's placement as a country which supports terrorism, you reveal yourself to be a fraud and a liberal. Israel has never before been put on such a list. There is nothing pro-Israel about doing so. The reason it is now has nothing to do with protecting America from terrorists. Given your criteria, most European countries should then be placed on that list as they have a significant muslim population.

Whenever liberals aggress against Israel, their stated motivation is "love".
Tough love, or so they say.
It is that deep affection that leads them to boycott, divest, and sanction. They call Israel an "apartheid state" because they adore Israel. And when they demand that the Israelis capitulate to the Muslims who vow genocide, it is done with tres amour.
But the liberal love of Israel is best demonstrated when Palestinians murder Jewish children, and liberals respond by demanding Israel eliminate checkpoints so that such atrocities can happen with far greater frequency.
Liberals are pro-Israel in the that very special "I love you so much I desperately want to see you dead" way.
